Here's what other professionals are saying...
RST [Residual Strain Therapy] is a potent method that has been a tremendous help to me, both as an individual with chronic shoulder and back problems resistant to other interventions, as well as in chiropractic practice, where I find it an excellent technique to add to my armamentarium of methods. Dr. Winder's seminar laid a theoretical framework,... taught the manual skills in a fast, reliable manner, and highlighted the features of the technique necessary for implementation during a busy day. His knowledge and experience make the principles of RST come alive while his down-to-earth, humble nature allow beginning students to feel confident while learning such a different technique. I recommend RST seminars to other healthcare professionals seeking better means to approach physical healing.

For those who want to offer gentle, healing touch, with effective, almost mathematical consistency. With RST, accuracy is key at every step.
Soft enough to gain the trust of children and horses. Rigorous and accurate enough to gain the trust of skeptics.

I am writing to share with you how my last two work days have been. I have been on a professional high due to the results that your work has allowed me to provide to my clients. Yesterday I had a lady that had left hip and lateral upper leg pain and decreased ROM. She had been through two series of 8 weeks physical therapy and had her share of multiple doctor visits. I assessed her and felt RST was the best choice of treatment for her and got started. Long story short, her pain wasn't coming from her leg or hip, I found strains in her spinal fascia that completely took away her pain and put her ROM into WNL. She was ecstatic and so was I.
My next client was a high school athlete who had pain in her left fibula, "shin splints" as she was first diagnosed 6 months ago and again diagnosed with this week. I say that because she has been through multiple doctors, 3 MRI's (one with contrast), a walking boot, physical therapy and oncology evaluation (they cleared her early this week). She was offered a surgical procedure to cut the fascia of the bone, and she was on her way to see her doctor the next day for a cortisone shot. After evaluation I felt that it could be related to her coccyx area. I released the fascial strains I found in that area and strains in her fibula. After that, I recognized that her ankle had completely relaxed and the stiffness was gone. Before moving forward to the rest of the strains I had found, I asked her what activity made it hurt the most. She stated back-peddling was most painful. I had her put her shoes on and go into the hallway and recreate her pain [by backpedaling]. NOTHING, NO PAIN at all!!! She was floored and so was her mother.

After integrating RST into my acupuncture practice over the past three years, I have experienced exponentially increased relief in my patients who suffer from pain. As a healthcare practitioner, I feel these therapies put me at the forefront of gentle pain relief with methods that are truly effective and easy to use.

I see better results and quicker responses. This is the therapy to use when nothing else has worked. It is a very gentle technique [RST] perfect for any situation.

This really is a new language in bodywork, and it is amazing to see how gently and quickly it works.

An incredible addition to my MFR practice.
