The dates for the 2025-26 RST seminar series are listed below. This series will now include take-home assignments to deepen your skills and prepare you to get the most out each upcoming seminar. There are six weekend seminars in total that build whole-body skills in RST fascial release, culminating with a written and practical exam for certification in RST. This is an excellent investment in a skillset that will bring immense professional and personal rewards.
Note that the Introduction to Residual Strain Therapy (Basic 1) weekend seminar is prerequisite to RST Basic Proficiency (Basic 2), which is in turn prerequisite to the advanced seminars.

RST Advanced: Extremities - 2024 - Columbus, OH
Learn detailed assessment and treatment of the extremities. A portion of the time will be spent on specific considerations for treating around implanted hardware such as joint replacements. Advanced assessment skills will be workshopped. RST 2: Spine & Basic Cranium is pre-requisite to this course. The workshop is 70% hands-on/30% lecture, 13 hours.
