The dates for the 2025-26 NSR (RST) seminar series are listed below. This series will now include take-home assignments to deepen your skills and prepare you to get the most out each upcoming seminar. There are six weekend seminars in total that build whole-body skills in NSR fascial release, culminating with a written and practical exam for certification in NSR. This is an excellent investment in a skillset that will bring immense professional and personal rewards.

NSR Seminars are still listed with the old technique name of Residual Strain Therapy, or RST. This is because that is how the courses are listed with NCBTMB. The names will change before the next seminar series is listed. Note that the Introduction to Residual Strain Therapy (Basic 1) weekend seminar is prerequisite to RST Basic Proficiency (Basic 2), which is in turn prerequisite to the advanced seminars.
