DFT: Introduction to Direct Fascia Therapy  (12 hours)
Direct Fascia Therapy consists of assessment and treatment methods for densification of fascia. This seminar introduces basic concepts and skills to a degree that attendees can effectively use the techniques on Monday. Starting with "barrier assessment", attendees learn how to find problematic densified fascia and prioritize the most important restrictions. Effective treatment methods and objective change measurements then follow. Three different patterns of priority assessment are taught.

This seminar introduces attendees to the concept of residual strain, a stiffening of fascia treatable with gentle compression.
