This course covers the principles underlying RST and the critical hands-on skills for assessing a patient and treating residual strain. The technique is extraordinarily gentle, but immediate in its effects. You will leave with skills you can immediately apply in your practice. Time is apportioned to approximately 30% lecture and 70% hands-on. Soft knit clothing is preferable to allow practice of palpation skills. 12 hours CE approved for massage therapists through NCBTMB.
